Tim Blanke is a senior executive and business advisor, with over 25 years of experience driving growth, building high-performing organizations, and coaching leaders. Known for strong P&L leadership and a results-oriented growth mindset, he brings a hands-on approach to strengthening organizations — aligning people, processes, and priorities to accelerate performance while building cultures of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Prior to founding RESICA, he served as President of BEA Inc., the American division of the global leader in overhead sensing solutions for the automatic door industry, where he delivered eight consecutive years of sales growth, 10% CAGR profit growth, launched successful products, and expanded manufacturing. He has held global executive roles leading international teams and driving growth for publicly-traded, engineering-driven manufacturing companies serving the electronics, medical, safety, and scientific equipment sectors.
Tim holds an MBA in Management and Business Strategy from Rutgers University and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with a minor in Psychology. He is a proud member of the Vistage Chief Executive business community in Pittsburgh. Tim resides in Pittsburgh with his wife and two daughters. When not spending time with family, he enjoys playing the drums, practicing self-defense, and playing softball.
